**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs promptly and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)**: Utilize your VMI expertise to optimize inventory levels, improve efficiency, and enhance product availability for assigned accounts.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by providing product information, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to meet client demands effectively.
- **Order Processing and Pricing**: Ensure accuracy in order processing, pricing, and invoicing, paying close attention to detail.
- **Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- **Analytical Insights**: Utilize data analysis and market research to identify trends, customer behavior patterns, and opportunities for upselling.
- **Account Expansion**: Develop strategies to expand business within existing accounts, upselling additional products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven **Account Management** Experience: Demonstrate a track record of success in sales account management, preferably with VMI expertise.
- **Customer Relationship Building**: Possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
- **Quick Learning Ability**: Adapt quickly to new concepts, products, and technologies to stay ahead in a dynamic market.
- **Analytical and Math Skills**: Display strong analytical and mathematical capabilities to handle pricing, discounts, and sales calculations accurately.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Exhibit a keen eye for detail, ensuring precision in managing accounts, orders, and sales processes.
- **Organizational Skills**: Show strong organizational skills, effectively managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- **Adaptability and Initiative**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of challenges and proactively finding solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
