**About us**
We are a Canadian company servicing Canadian Dealers selling Powersports, Automotive, Marine, RV/Trailers and Agricultural Equipment**. **We specialize in sourcing custom-tailored financing options for our Dealer Partner's customers.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for assisting with the following:
**Office Management and Accounting Support**
- Scheduling meetings and conference calls and coordinating travel arrangements, booking flights/hotel reservations as needed
- Catering requests/team offsite & meeting coordination
- Organize and process all HR-related requirements for new/temporary/contract employees, including arranging for business cards, telephone, computer and other technical requirements
- Help with month-end bookkeeping processes
- Filing
- Upkeep external and internal company communications and documents
- Purchasing and maintaining office supplies
**Marketing Support**
Social Media Management Support
- Aiding in creating content through social media posts, memes, blogs and videos.
- Sharing/liking content posted by our dealer partners
- Scheduling social media posts
- Helping to create social media strategies for each platform to increase our social media following and drive engagement
- **Website Management Support**:
- conduct weekly audits on our website to ensure that displayed data is correct.
- Maintain the Events and Tradeshows calendar
- Arrange the creation of marketing material/swag for dealers and customers
**Job Requirements**:
- A Powersports Enthusiast is a huge asset
- Microsoft Office/Google Suit Experience
- Basic Accounting/Business Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Willingness to learn Finance and Insurance Products sold and their benefits to the dealer as well as the final customer
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
