Finance Supervisor

Manage all aspects of finance including accounting, payroll, sales tax, and invoicing.
- Manage the sales tax process with the ability to accurately calculate sales tax for each state in our Richmond, BC.
- Manage payroll processes including employee deductions and time off calculations.
- Manage sales tax processes with the ability to calculate sales tax for each state in our Richmond, BC.
- Responsible for all aspects of the sales tax compliance process including calculations, audits, and reporting.
- Responsible for all aspects of the monthly sales tax reporting process including month-end reports and year-end financial statements.
- Responsible for monthly sales tax filings with local governments.
- Responsible for monthly sales tax payments to local governments.
- Responsible for monthly sales tax filings with state governments.
- Responsible for month-end financial statements and year-end financial reports as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
