Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and guide personnel involved in managing records, security, finance, procurement, human resources, and other administrative functions.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance and regulatory compliance protocols.
  • Conduct interviews, hire, and provide training for new staff members.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee budgets for various client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Compile and present reports and briefs for management committees assessing administrative services.
