About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at WIN WIN GREENHOUSE LTD. as a key member of our farm operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Farm Plans: Create and execute specific plans to prioritize farm activities, ensuring optimal crop production and resource allocation.
  • Oversee Farm Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of farm laborers, ensuring efficient and safe working practices.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to farm laborers on seed cutting techniques, farm safety, and bio-security procedures.
  • Manage Financial and Production Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of farm finances, production, and quality control.
  • Coordinate and Supervise Farm Workers: Oversee the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Quality Control and Production Records: Monitor and maintain quality control and production records, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise Crop-Related Operations: Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, ensuring optimal crop production and quality.
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of farm machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in farm operations or a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
