Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration of a department delivering a unified administrative service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and assess daily operational activities.
  • Guide and support personnel involved in managing records, security, finance, procurement, human resources, and other administrative functions.
  • Recruit, train, and facilitate the development of staff members.
  • Conduct interviews and provide necessary training for new hires.
  • Manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Compile reports and summaries for management committees reviewing administrative services.
