Bilingual Administrative Clerk

We're hiring an experienced Administrative Clerk to join our team for our Priority Pay office located in Montreal.
**Location**:Montreal, QC
**Shift**:Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM and Fridays 9 AM to 3 PM.
**Pay rate**:$18 - $20
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Daily tasks including but not limited to assisting Customer Service and Technical Support, as well as completing Data Entry.

essential in this position.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist management and other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly.
Assist in answering Customer Service calls and tending to the needs of our customers in a friendly manner.
Complete data entry in a timely manner.
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
Respond to questions and requests for information from guests entering the office.
Assume other office responsibilities when needed to ensure steady work flow.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service is required.
- Must Speak English and French fluently
- A strong command of the English and French language both written and verbal.
- Knowledgeable in Excel, Word, Adobe PDF/Nitro, and Google Documents.
- Experience with switchboard phones is an asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
