Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Clerk is involved in the recording and accounting of accounts payable transactions for the Glencore Group’s North American Copper operations.**More specifically, you will**:
Actively participate in the purchase-to-pay cycle through the following activities: - Analysis of accounts and transactions whose payment deadlines have been exceeded, with a view to identify, analyze and take the corrective action required to ensure completion of invoice processing. - Support suppliers in using the platform and invoice management system. - Preparation and analysis of various reports related to the payables cycle. - Participate in the Department’s business improvement process as well as accounts payable system update projects;
- Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve departmental objectives. Skills - DVS or DCS in accounting or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position - Knowledge of SAP software (an asset) - Demonstrates attention to detail and data analysis skills, able to adapt and evolve in a dynamic environment.**Languages **:Bilingual (French and English).**What We Offer**:
