**YOUR MISSIONS**:
We support one of our clients in the food distribution sector in their search for an Administration / Inventory Clerk for their entity located in Blainville.

The main objective of the position is to ensure the management of the inventory at different customers and to offer sales support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory management
Check the inventory level at the warehouse daily on the EDI platform;
Validate the quantities in stock; If necessary, prepare an order;
Occasionally respond to customer requests regarding order tracking, price verification, etc.;
Preparation and follow-up of various sales reports on Excel;
Preparation of submission letters to clients;
Participation in price adjustments based on costs:
List new products for our customers using the registry
Complete the various customer forms during price changes and make changes on customer platforms
Update the various product / price lists
Creation of the various price lists (AccPac) and ensure their management;
Periodically monitor the selling prices for commodities according to the formulas established by management;
Periodic verification of stock management reports to make required inventory adjustments and inventory transfers between different warehouses;
Support for year-end inventory (adjustments, verifications, etc.)

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- CEGEP in accounting or administration
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Good data entry skills
- Accuracy and precision in the work
- Privacy
- Thoroughness and rigor
- Knowledge of Excel and Word software
- Basic knowledge of English
