Head of Lifecycle Marketing

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the creation of relevant content across various platforms using tools such as WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product management and branding efforts.
- Monitor performance metrics using analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years in a lifecycle or retention leadership role with a focus on B2C.
- Proficient with analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio) and skilled in A/B testing and optimization.
- Experience in CRM platforms, including Customer.io for automation and workflows, and SMS platforms like Twilio.
- Well-organized with experience in managing complex, multi-channel projects.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with demonstrated success in developing effective marketing strategies.
- Able to create and execute strategies that optimize customer retention and loyalty.
- Able to create meaningful touchpoints and foster customer loyalty
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
