As a Customer Marketing Manager / Lifecycle Marketer at Achievers, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns and programs that enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer retention. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams to create and implement targeted initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy throughout the customer lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing programs to drive engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Utilize customer data and segmentation to create personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer lifetime value through tailored messaging and experiences.
- Create compelling and relevant content for various stages of the customer journey.
- Develop and manage communication channels to keep customers informed and engaged.
- Implement and manage customer advocacy programs to identify and leverage satisfied customers for testimonials, case studies, and referrals.
- Foster a community of engaged and vocal advocates through strategic initiatives.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and areas of success.
- Use customer insights to drive continuous improvement and inform product development.
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency in customer messaging and experiences.
- Provide insights to the product team based on customer feedback and market trends.

Develop and Execute Customer Lifecycle Marketing Strategies:
Design and implement comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing programs to drive engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities.

Customer Segmentation and Personalization:
Utilize customer data and segmentation to create personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.

Content Creation and Communication:
Create compelling and relevant content for various stages of the customer journey.

Develop and manage communication channels to keep customers informed and engaged.

Customer Advocacy Programs:
Implement and manage customer advocacy programs to identify and leverage satisfied customers for testimonials, case studies, and referrals.

Foster a community of engaged and vocal advocates through strategic initiatives.

Customer Feedback and Analysis:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and areas of success.

Use customer insights to drive continuous improvement and inform product development.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
