Human Resources Business Partner

**Job Description**:
The Human Resources Business Partner will play a key role in aligning the Human Resources strategy to Entegris business goals at our Calgary location. This role will be critical in building organizational capabilities by attracting, engaging, developing and retaining top talent within the business.

In this role you will:

- Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into critical HR actions, programs, and initiatives.
- Provide HR solutions support, process knowledge advice and consultation to BU and/or line management
- Act as a catalyst for change; guides and directs organizational design, development and change management solutions.
- Implement large scale initiatives (i.e., roll out annual programs, new programs/policies, etc.).
- Collaborate with Center of Excellence partners in the US to execute and implement large-scale HR initiatives (i.e., roll out annual programs, new programs/policies, etc.)
- Participate in HR continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Utilize data to solve complex business issues and provide recommendations to senior leaders
- Communicate complex information in an understandable, organized, concise manner
- Conduct employee relations investigations and bring to resolution
- Manage local benefits programs
- Conduct local benefits negotiations annually
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 4+ years of Human Resources experience
- 2+ years managing benefit programs and program administration
- Ability to innovate and willing to challenge the status quo
- Proven experience leading and supporting large change management initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Proven analytical capabilities
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues
- Proven project and time management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated and bias for action
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs
- Proven capability working with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Experience working in a multi-location, global organization a plus
- Knowledge and understanding of US labor and employment law, a plus
