With over 50,000 units and almost 8 million square feet of self-storage space, our goal is to make storage simple and accessible throughout life’s transitions.
The Mini Mall vision is to provide storage seekers with convenience and state-of-the-art technology. We collaborate effectively across our business functions to achieve our collective goals to redefine the self-storage experience.
Be a partner to the business operations teams while providing best in class Human Resources (HR) advice and support.
Work closely with the HR Leadership team and support in the development and execution of our People strategy, acting as a conduit for information between the business and HR leadership for portfolio.
Ensure hiring plans are executed by working with the talent acquisition team to execute full cycle recruitment.
Ensure business transactions are completed, new hires are onboarded and HRIS entries are completed and audited.
Work directly with leaders to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for the People & Culture team to provide support.
Drive strategic discussions with leadership teams on workforce planning, productivity, employee relations and team engagement.
Coach managers on performance management processes such as performance reviews, ongoing development discussions, and performance improvement plans.
Identify improvements to existing policies, procedures, and programs to support the company’s growth and business initiatives. Communicate People & Culture policies, procedures, and programs to employees.
Provide support in developing and implementing corporate-wide programs.
Contribute to the development of new People & Culture initiatives and projects.
Human Resources Education (Diploma/Certificate/Degree) with 3-6 years' related and progressive experience in Human Resource.
Experience within a broad range of HR functions, managing full-cycle recruitment, investigations, performance management, and leadership partnering.
Proven experience and patience to build relationships with business leaders to elevate the service level expectations and experience.
Fluent and proficient working with technology applications and data, especially excel and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems.
To be willing and comfortable working full time in office.
