What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Director, Production Issue Support, you’ll be responsible for supporting and executing production support activities including testing, client remediation, communication and supporting the implementation of regulatory requirements. One of the primary accountabilities for this role will be to conduct business acceptance testing during non-work hours and on weekends. The role is also responsible to oversee records management, user access controls, test account process, reporting and internal procedure activities.
- A quick note on your availability - Our hours of operations are Wednesday to Sunday 9:00 am
- 5:00pm EST. Please note that you will be required to work outside core business hours on Weekends and occasionally on Wednesday to Friday._

How You’ll Succeed- Analysis & Support - Evaluate feasibility of short/long term options for solutions for our client. You will also champion specific product maintenance or enhancements that are driven for competitive reasons or are regulatory in nature.-
- Issue Resolution -Communicate service issues and corresponding business impact(s) to all affected parties and escalate to senior management when warranted to ensure prompt resolution. Monitor and manage the timely resolution of all production incidents whether process or systemic in nature.- Reporting: Provide regular reporting to Functional Manager/Project Manager/Business- Consultant. Represent Personal Banking Products during testing by validating the Test Strategies, Test Requirements and Test scripts. Participate in Variance Management ensuring testing variances are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.- Relationship Management: Maintains ongoing productive relationships with Stakeholders, Senior Management across Personal Deposits and Business Partners such as Legal, Compliance, Project Management Office, Technology, Channels, Client Experience, Retail Client Services, Treasury, Business Controls, and GORM
