Administrative Coordinator- HR

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Ensure strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee issues
- Oversee and support administrative duties in the office and ensure the office is operating smoothly
- Support other functions as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements
- Degree or diploma in human resources or administration
- Minimum of 2 years HR-related experience or office-related experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Skilled in time management and organization techniques
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and writing
- Ability to switch between tasks easily when priorities shift
- Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development and employee relations
- Mandarin language skills as a requirement
- English language proficiency with written and spoken clarity
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
