**Description**:
**6 month contract role**

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Data collection on the production floor and entry into Oracle
- Support labour and production scheduling - may include calling associates in for OT, responding to associates regarding schedule changes, calling associates to verify absence etc.
- Support supervisors in administrative tasks such as - entering manual forms into tracking systems, reporting trends from tracking systems, tracking progress of various projects etc.
- Support tracking of critical production data - for example: daily waste numbers, weekly results, downtime tracking, shift report reconciliation etc.
- Return to Work Program Management - support administrative tasks such as measuring and documenting injury site and tracking progress of recovery based on established plan.
- Back up for Payroll Coordinator and support of weekly payroll admin - Ex: approving OT in Kronos system.
- Potentially provide coverage for production supervisors when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Position Requirements**:
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Ability to communicate and work with all stakeholders and resources in a frequently changing and challenging production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with limited supervision in a fast-paced team environment.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a definite asset
- Takes initiative, exercises good judgment in day-to-day business decisions.
- Must be knowledgeable and be able to follow GMPs, Food Safety and Health and Safety requirements
