**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support budgeting processes through data entry and analysis.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and provide solutions.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero for financial reporting and management.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
- Collaborate with company owner to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within an accounting environment for 3-5 years.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, payroll, account reconciliation, and budgeting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and practices is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
