**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work to improve dealership CSI and general customer satisfaction in accordance with OpenRoad’s philosophies, policies and procedures.
- Invoice payments and process daily warranty claims
- Ensure correct labour and parts information is claimed.
- Correct rejected claims to ensure maximum number of claims are paid daily.
- Enter Warranty Credit Statement.
- Process and post Warranty Aging Report.
- Maintain an effective warranty claim filing system.
- Follow proper paper flow procedure for the Service Department.
- Verify and update customer information on the manufactures system.
- Maintain paperwork and write-up in an orderly manner, and ensure reception area is in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Must follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
- This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:
- Knowledge of techniques of customer service and retention.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports using a computerized equipment maintenance system.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other employees.
- Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
- A valid British Columbia driver’s license, with a clean driving
