**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our Customer Delivery team at Real Time Networks, a leading provider of innovative solutions for managing critical assets and keys.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing installations while providing first and second-level technical support to clients. With a focus on building strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth installations and contributing to our company's growth and reputation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compile and review information to ensure installations meet customer needs and system requirements.
  • Install hardware following manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
  • Configure, test, and commission systems, providing basic training to end-users and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues, including hardware repairs or replacements.
  • Complete and update configuration details and steps taken in our ticketing system.
  • Perform system reconfigurations or upgrades as needed.
  • Plan and execute remote installations, guiding 3rd-party service partners when required.
  • Address installation issues during warranty service calls.
  • Prepare and deliver reports for customers or management as needed.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with customers throughout the installation process.
  • Provide first and second-level technical support for customers and internal teams.
  • Build strong customer relationships during installations and support calls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve service goals and meet project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of product support experience, including troubleshooting complex product issues.
  • Experience with installation or support of RFID technology.
