**Fleet Coordinator**
Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the Fleet Coordinator is a key member of Southview’s team. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in repairing and maintaining the fleet.

**Responsibilities**:
- Enter and update work orders from mechanics into the system accurately
- Track status of work orders and ensure timely completion
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
- Responsible for receiving parts, entering parts into fleet system, and attaching parts to the work order.
- Provide administrative, warranty, and invoicing support
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Responsible for supporting the filing of vehicle service to ensure MTO compliance
- Request quotes from various vendors for the best cost comparison
- Create monthly reports of transactions and services performed
- Perform yearly audit of maintenance inventory
- Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding of new fleet vehicles
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the customer service/heavy equipment/construction industry
- Knowledge of heavy equipment is an asset
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible to manage and adapt the changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work independently and with a small team
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft products
- Properly document all Company, Federal, Provincial, and customer documentation/paperwork as required by law and or established policies in a clear and legible manner
**Essential Physical Functions**
- Must be able to work at a desk for long periods of time
- Be able to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required
- Must be capable of working extended hours and variable shifts
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
