We may have the right opportunity for you:
In this capacity you will be the first impression for all visitors. You will be responsible for managing incoming company phone lines as well as the greeting clients and visitors, along with other related reception and administrative duties while you learn about the Insurance Industry.
**Duties**:
- Front desk reception (in office role)
- Answering telephone/directing calls
- Meeting/greeting visitors
- Ordering office supplies
- Arranging couriers
- Scanning Incoming Mail
- Outgoing Mail
- Various duties as required
**Skills**:
- Professional, courteous phone manner and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Computer skills - various insurance software, scanning software, word,
- Strict attention to detail
- Self-starter with strong organizational/priority skills
**Education**:
- Post Secondary Education (University or College) - Recent Graduate
- This is a progressive position that can lead into an Insurance Position._

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
