**TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER**

Tahinis Restaurants is seeking a Training and development Manager to join its Operations
Team. This role will report to the Vice President of Operations and will play an important role in the management team.

**Responsibilities**
- Report directly to the Vice President of Operations
- Routinely provide coaching and feedback
- Delivering programs and onsite training sessions
- Identify actionable insights, make recommendations, and influence the learning strategy through effective communication
- Measure effectiveness of training programs and develop reports and comprehensive programs analysis
- Partner with internal teams on the design, creation, delivery and effectiveness measurement of innovative learning and performance support solutions
- Monitor food preparation, production and plating for quality control
- Discipline and motivate staffs to achieve challenging objectives in fast-paced culinary environments
- Hire, train and manage all staffs, including employee development, issuing disciplinary action and conducting performance reviews
- Introduce training program and effectively manage employee mistakes to decrease overall waste and productivity
- Monitor Franchisees and staffs to ensure safety and proper food handling techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in restaurant management or related field
- At least 3 Years Canadian work experience in a similar role
- Experienced in management, operations, and leadership
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
- Excellent communication skills.
- Critical thinker and Team player
- Able to approach situations with confidence and a strong Problem Solver
- Working in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- LONDON, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
