**Working at Fanshawe College**Note**: This is a full-time temporary Support position starting July 17, 2023 and ending July 26, 2024 (35 hours per week).**Duties**: Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L), the incumbent provides learning, development and engagement sessions for College employees. The incumbent completes all stages of instructional design and delivery including anticipating and assessing learning needs, preparing learning sessions/supports/events, facilitating learning in multiple modes of delivery, writing communications and session descriptions, providing access to registration, session evaluation, and supporting transfer of learning. The incumbent produces communications to inform employees of available learning opportunities and contributes to maintaining OD&L social media and website presence.**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary 3-year diploma/degree in Business, Adult Education, Organizational Development or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience developing and delivering a variety of learning materials for employees using all modes of delivery (face-to-face, online and hybrid)
- Demonstrated ability to create online training using a variety of authorizing tools within an employee learning management system
- Experience developing and delivering technical training
- Practical experience using enterprise technical systems
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
