About Our Opportunity

As the Corporate Support Services Clerk, you will provide daily operational support, advice, and guidance to NRR staff. This requires in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures as it relates to procurement of goods and services, security, facilities and asset management, information technology and telecommunications.

Primary Accountabilities

Perform standard and non-routine administrative tasks in the delivery of facilities and support services.
Work with the Manager of Corporate Support Services to ensure the functionality, comfort, and efficiency of office space.
Processes invoices and financial documents such as journal voucher and cheque requisitions.
Perform duties related to the Occupational Health & Safety Program (OH&S).
Play a key role in office security and maintain an accurate inventory of facility access cards.
Maintain inventory of Head Office inventory of assets on government's computerized inventory system (Archibus).

Maintain list of Branch information technology hardware and refresh list to ensure hardware is replaced within recommended timeframe

Qualifications and Experience

This may be the right opportunity for you if you have four (4) years of related experience (such as administrative support, customer/client service experience); an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.

You have in-depth knowledge of polices and procedures with previous experience as it relates to areas including procurement of goods and asset management. You are comfortable working as part of a team with previous experience in a computer-based environment.

We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.
