**About the Role**

The WCB is seeking a service-oriented, adaptable individual to join its Corporate Operational Resources team as a **Mail Clerk**.

The Mail Clerk provides a range of complex administrative/clerical support functions that contribute to the effective delivery of specialized services to internal and external clients. The Mail Clerk is responsible for helping ensure the smooth operation of high-volume printing and delivery of mail throughout the organization. Responsibilities include printing and signing cheques, as well as the security of cheque-signing materials, printing letters, reports, forms, labels, purchasing of postage, bulk mail-outs when required, receiving supplies, opening/sorting mail, delivering mail throughout the WCB, and the handling of Registered Mail.
- Grade 12 or equivalent, plus completion of an office administration program and
- A minimum of three years' experience in a front line position involving direct contact with the public,
- Experience working with computer software programs and systems
- Experience working in a team or team-like environment would be an asset/

We offer a competitive compensation package including a salary range of** $39,056 - $48,792.**
