Outbound Sales Executive - TROES Corp.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting New Customers:

- Conduct market research daily to identify potential clients who can benefit from TROES Corp.'s energy storage solutions.
- Utilize industry events, networking, and online platforms to discover new business opportunities.
- Identifying Potential New Customers:

- Analyze market trends to pinpoint opportunities for business expansion.
- Understand the unique needs of various industries and how TROES Corp.'s products can address those needs.
- Connecting with Key Decision-Makers:

- Network and build relationships with individuals who have purchasing authority.
- Present at conferences, set up meetings, and use existing connections to reach decision-makers.
- Building Relationships:

- Maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Regularly check in, provide updates on new products or services, and address any concerns or questions.
- Qualifying New Business Opportunities:

- Assess potential sales leads to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Evaluate the potential return on investment, feasibility of partnerships, and alignment with TROES Corp.'s mission and values.
- Conducting Product Demonstrations:

- Showcase TROES Corp.'s products to potential clients through prepared presentations and demonstrations.
- Answer technical questions and demonstrate the products in real-world scenarios.
- Negotiating and Closing Sales:

- Discuss terms with potential clients and finalize sales agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, draft contracts, and ensure mutual satisfaction with the agreements.
- Providing After-Sales Support:

- Assist clients post-purchase by addressing issues, providing training, and maintaining positive relationships to encourage future sales.
- Staying Informed About Industry Trends:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the energy storage industry.
- Attend industry events, read relevant publications, and participate in professional organizations.
- Other Related Duties as Assigned:

- Prepare sales reports, contribute to marketing efforts, and provide feedback to the product development team.

Professional Requirements:

- Engineering, Product or Related Background: A solid understanding of engineering principles
- B2B Sales and Business Development Experience: A strong background in business-to-business sales and business development is required. A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
- Comfortable in a Start-up, Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment: Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to Create Strong and Meaningful Relationships with Customers: Includes conducting product demonstrations and effectively communicating the value of TROES Corp.'s products and services.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $56,000.00 per year
