Job brief
- motivated as they will work independently from home, with occasional travel within the GTA for participation in sales meetings and vendor shows.
**Duties of a Sales Administrator**:
- Process product orders.
- Check prices and contracts are up to date.
- Support the sales managers with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives. (This may require some local travel in the GTA area to participate in presentation meetings/ dealer shows with those managers)
- Communicate internally important feedback from customers.
- Prepare quote sheets and presentation decks.
- Arrange sample requests.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact vendors to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Stay up to date with new products and features.
- Communicate with vendor manufacturing and logistics departments to agree on delivery dates.
**Requirements for the role**:
- High organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time.
- Ability to prioritize own workload.
- Strong communication skills and personality management
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- A suitable workspace within your home for an office, with strong internet connections
- Valid Drivers license, clean driving record, and own your own vehicle
