Our primary source of brand promotion is through Marketing discussions with Family Physicians, Gastroenterologists, Nephrologists, Urologists, Endocrinologists and Pharmacists.

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator with a proven track record of utilizing their unique skills and experience to support sales initiatives. The Sales Administrator ensures efficient gathering, analyzing, reporting and transfer of information to and from the sales force in support of sales team. This position reports to the National Sales Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functionality of the Sales department’s activities.
- Work closely with other departments including: Marketing, Procurement, Quality, and Regulatory to ensure the accurate flow of information and the coordination of projects.
- Coordinate dealing with field shipments, MD lists, retail target accounts and trade communications.
- Onboarding packages for all new reps, training binders, marketing materials, sample shipments.
- Assist in market and scientific research, analyze trade and consumer trends and make recommendations as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Project management experience is an asset
- Independent, organized, with a high attention to detail
- Highly proficient with MS Office
- Good understanding to Graphs, Trends and charts
- Good understanding to CRM systems
- Customer service focus
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to problem-solve, work independently and is self-motivated
- University Degree or College Diploma preferably in Business
