Wieser Electric is a family-owned and operated business, proudly serving the Kingston, Ontario area since 2017. We provide a wide range of electrical services, including residential and commercial projects, as well as electrical maintenance and emergency services. Our team of experienced, licensed electricians and support staff is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, quality workmanship, and reliable solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

As a key member of the Wieser Electric Team, the Office Assistant will interface with customers, electricians and other employees, suppliers, as well as trades related government and non-governmental organizations. The main roll is to be a positive first contact for the business, while supporting administrative and operations staff. The most important skill required for this position are an impeccable attention to detail.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for:

- Providing rock star level customer service, both on the phone and in person
- Help meet customer retention, sales, and revenue goals.
- Data entry, both operational and administrative
- Completing paperwork and assisting office staff as needed
- Receiving documents and shipments for our office and warehouse
- Maintaining office supply levels, organizing office supplies
- Cleaning the office, kitchen and washrooms (toilets don’t clean themselves unfortunately) every week,, empty garbage and recycling.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field from a Canada educational institution
- Computer experience required; both Mac and PC
- Minimum three years office experience, preferably in a trades related environment
- A knowledge of the service industry, knowledge of the electrical industry and electric vehicles specifically would be a definite asset.
- Experience using ServiceTitan a definite plus.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service are required skills for this position.
- Punctuality, it is vitally important that you are at your desk, ready to work for 8 am. This ensures no customers are missed, even if they call the minute our office opens
