With the expansion in the North America market, our Business Development Division is expanding rapidly. You will be working closely with the Business Development and Marketing team to enhance our customer experience in our webstore and will be required to travel to new territories across North America to understand the local market and meet new clientele.

**Working Location**
- This position is a hybrid based in Richmond BC and required to travel across North America
- Assist in creating, maintaining and execute Ecommerce calendar to highlight event and sales season accordingly.
- Website maintenance includes up-to-date content, product and sales campaigns.
- Evaluate current customer touch points and continuously improve customer experience on our webstore.
- Utilize current customer database to generate addition revenue thru upsell and cross sell.
- Source new corporate and referral customer through cold and warm approach.
- Attending roadshow event if required to understand latest customer behavior and derive e-commerce strategy to further improve customer journey in our brand.

**Qualifications**
- Sales experience is a bonus (Training provided prior to work)
- Shopify experience is a bonus
- Have the right to work in Canada
- Valid driver license is an asset
- Strong English verbal and written communication
- Verbal communication in Mandarin or Cantonese is required
- Team oriented (Work as a team, Grow as a team)
