**The Role**

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological vision of Lendwire and driving the execution of technology strategies. You will lead our technology team, oversee the development and deployment of our digital platforms, and ensure our technology resources are aligned with the company’s growth objectives. We are seeking a visionary leader with a strong software development background to help us build the future of online mortgage lending in Canada.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement the technological vision and strategy in alignment with Lendwire’s business goals.
- Lead the development and deployment of scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital mortgage platforms.
- Foster innovation and ensure the company stays at the forefront of technology advancements in the financial services industry.
- Manage the technology team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-performance and development.
- Oversee the technology budget and ensure resources are efficiently allocated.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of technology projects.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (required).
- Master’s in Business Administration or related field (bonus).
- Strong software development background with experience in languages such as PHP, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Proven leadership experience in technology roles, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
- Experience in managing technology teams and projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
