**The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the lead administrative assistant as well as the VP of sales. Duties include but are not limited to, preparing documents, handling customer service request, scanning documents, maintaining files, answering phone calls, and filing. The Administrative Assistant is also required to maintain confidentiality and professionally interact with clients, employees, management and the public. French an asset.**

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- Day Shift (preferred)
