Job Opening for an Administrative Assistant

Onaki-IBISKA JV is looking for a full-time administrative assistant to augment our team effective immediately. The selected individual will work within IBISKA’s office in collaboration with our Finance and Administration Team. The selected candidate will be working together with other departments to provide administrative assistance as required in various areas including, but not limited to, contract administration/reporting, timesheet auditing and interface with suppliers, contractors and clients as required.

Qualifications: One (1) year experience or formal training in administrative support roles Proficiency in the use of MS Excel Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills Excellent attendance record Experience working collaboratively as part of a small team Interest and ability to perform detailed tasks with accuracy Bilingual (English and French) Must be eligible for or currently hold a Government of Canada Security Clearance If your experience matches the above job profile, please submit your resume including some details on relevant work experience and your availability.
