**Who You Are**

Please note full-time hours will commence as of September.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Spa Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of all front desk tasks. Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Greet clients, vendors and other spa guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer all forms of client communications for scheduling appointments and general inquiries
- Ensure client profiles are up-to-date and accurate
- Maintain a clean and tidy front desk, waiting area and treatment rooms at all times
- Assist team with room set-up
- Promote and sell skincare products to clients

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- Previous customer service experience
- High level of professionalism and personal care
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with Apple technology

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
