The Spa Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of spa services at Pearl Wellness & Spa Inc. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules for spa staff to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee the arrangement of maintenance and repair tasks to maintain the spa's facilities and equipment.
  • Client Assistance: Provide support to clients with special requirements, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Quality Monitoring: Regularly assess service quality and production levels to uphold the spa's high standards.
  • Specialty Cleaning Oversight: Ensure the proper cleaning of specialty items and difficult-to-maintain equipment.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit various reports detailing progress and operational metrics.
  • Material Requisition: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support spa operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff, ensuring adherence to job duties and safety protocols.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on job responsibilities, safety measures, and company policies.
  • Volunteer Management: Supervise office and volunteer personnel to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish Procedures: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to streamline operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role involves supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a supervisory role within a spa or wellness environment.
