Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Pearl Wellness & Spa Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule work, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items, and prepare and submit progress reports.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
  • Client Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs, and establish work schedules and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
