Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Derma Den-Med Spa & Laser Clinic Inc.

Job Summary:

The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Services: Assist clients with special needs, coordinate activities with other work units or departments, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, train them in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Operations: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, prepare and submit progress reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all staff members undergo a criminal record check and adhere to company security and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a spa or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment.
