**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 8 housekeeping staff members, ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and procedures.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain and elevate cleanliness standards to exceed guest expectations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness benchmarks.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely supply deliveries.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage while optimizing efficiency. Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest services.
- **Guest Relations**: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with front desk and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve staff performance, ensure compliance with safety standards, and enhance skills.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a housekeeping role or 1 year leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong eye for detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- **Communication**: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Compensation:

- Staff accommodation is available for employees over the age of 18 at $4.41 per day.
- Bonus: If contract is completed you will receive your rent back.
- Referral Bonus: $500 if both yours and your referrals contract are completed.
