We are seeking a dynamic individual with senior leadership experience to oversee the Corporate Services Department, which comprises a broad range of corporate administrative units, including Facility Services, Document Management and Corporate Security. The director, Corporate Services, reports to the Vice President, Employee & Corporate Services.
You would be responsible for managing a team of individuals who support the organization in providing a safe, secure and healthy environment for staff, clients and visitors across the province in multiple sites. Your responsibilities would include: developing strategic plans relating to the department; overseeing the development and management of the department and divisional budgets; directing security and space planning; overseeing mail, courier and filing services; contributing to organizational crisis and emergency response; guiding corporate event planning; providing advice and assistance regarding departmental plans and policies; along with recruitment and professional development for department staff. In addition, you would serve as a member of the Planning & Priorities Committee.
