Brown & Brown Canada is looking to add a Commercial Lines Account Executive to their dynamic team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work with Commercial Lines Leader and Producers to ensure completion of all renewals, including meeting attendance.-
- Review and document internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, policies, endorsements, and certificates to ensure understanding of client expectations, legal requirements, and insurance operations.- Oversee the completion of administrative tasks including issuance of certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and processing policies/endorsements.- Conduct and assemble in draft and final form all accurate marketing proposals.- Build successful relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers to improve client retention.- Handle a diverse range of insurance products in the Commercial Lines arena.- Daily contact with insurance carriers.- Manage inquiries and complaints regarding carrier claims resolution and act as liaison on behalf of assigned accounts to intervene with delays in claim processing.- Investigate research and provide timely responses to all clients.- Assisting Producers with any new business calls and implementation of new business for newly assigned accounts as a resource.- Attend all departmental service meetings.- Support training, development, and mentorship of team.- Help grow the assigned book of business through account rounding and referrals.- Follow agency guidelines, policies, and procedures

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.- 5+ years functioning in Commercial Lines department at an agency or company level is preferred.- Must have extensive computer knowledge in a Windows environment, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.- RIBO License is required.- Insurance designation strongly preferred.
