With this in mind, we are currently looking for an uber-organized and motivated **Junior Project Administrator **to ensure that we remain "**First in Mind - First in Choice**" in our segment.

**YOUR MISSION**

The Junior Project Administrator manages, tracks, and reports tasks supporting the on-time and successful delivery of customer orders for medical gas hose assemblies, secondary equipment and general products as required. This role will ultimately maintain and promote our vision of **First in Mind First in Choice**® among Class 1 customers. You will communicate with customers and coordinate with all Class 1 Inc. departments to ensure customer objectives are met. Your tasks will be focused on developing competencies related to the medical gas solutions industry.

**YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Customer Order Coordination**
- Responsible for inputting customer orders and processing credits using ERP system while ensuring perfect data input accuracy for fields including (but not limited to) customer information, material/equipment part numbers, price, amount, delivery date, etc.
- Work with purchasing and warehouse operations to coordinate parts ordering and on-time customer deliveries
- Inform customer of expected delivery date
- Tracking and scheduling of shipments in progress
- Prepare delivery notes
- Complete invoicing
- Update booked orders in WIP folder when shipped

**Coordination of In-House Release for Secondary Builds**
- Enter orders into company ERP system
- Create labels and Quality Control worksheets for production
- Coordinate scheduling with assemblers and purchasing
- Add notes to production schedule
- Attend and participate in weekly production meetings to provide consistent updates
- Prepare delivery notes
- Complete invoicing
- Update booked orders in WIP folder when shipped

**Support Project Coordinators**
- ** **Assemble production binders for manufactured products
- Scan and file Production binders to customer files on server when complete
- Other administrative tasks as required

**Audit Performance Orders**
- ** **Update QMS with actual ship dates for on time delivery targets
- Send out customer satisfaction surveys
- Collect customer feedback and forward to regulatory for input into QMS system
- Catalogue and address customer complaints following Class 1 Inc.’s company guidelines

**TO SUCCEED, YOU WILL NEED...**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2 year diploma or degree in related field (Project Management, Marketing, Business Development, for example)
- 1-2 years of experience in similar capacity
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract may be required
- Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check may be required

**KNOWLEDGE**
- Proficient in ERP Software (SAP preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Excel)
- Bilingual in English & French (speaking and writing) considered an asset
- Experience in manufacturing considered an asset

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to multi-task, prioritize,and manage time effectively
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving methodology to be able to identify solutions to customer problems
- Attention to detail and strong reading comprehension skills
- Able to collaborate across functions and all levels of organization

**TRAVEL**
- Based in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada
- Occasional domestic travel to customer job sites or consultant offices with Account Manager
