**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Everlabs executive team.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- **Reception Duties**:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls and manage the front desk operations.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and clinic.
- **Client Management**:
- Manage client intake and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
- Address client inquiries and provide information about Everlabs’ services.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure client needs are met.
- **Clinic Upkeep**:
- Oversee the daily operations and upkeep of the clinic.
- Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- **General Administrative Tasks**:
- Support administrative functions for other business ventures associated with the Everlabs executive team.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Assist in organizing company events and wellness programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for health and wellness, with experience in the industry preferred.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
