**Role Summary**: As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and providing qualified leads to our sales team. You will drive lead generation via outbound prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building and networking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities in various sectors to be handed off to sales team as qualified leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through outbound prospecting, lead qualification and networking
- Understand client needs and explain why Fresco Cleaners can offer solutions and support.
- Assess client readiness to determine if prospect is a qualified lead. Only book qualified leads.
- Document details and keep track of leads to ensure accurate detail transition.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Achieve or exceed quota targets for lead generation, qualification and conversion.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in outbound business development, sales, outreach or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools like hubspot or salesforce a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relationship building and trust building comes naturally to you.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-starter who is motivated.
- Knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry is a plus.

**Offer**:

- Base salary of $35,000/yr with a lucrative commission structure.
- Target earning potential $65,000 - $90,000 or more
- Opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Opportunities for transition into Sales role in future.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
