**What We're Looking For / Job Description**:

JY Group is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Business Development Representative with experience using HubSpot CRM to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that values work-life balance while making a tangible impact in the real estate marketing landscape.
**Purpose & Responsibilities**:
As a Business Development Representative at JY Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business expansion strategies, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to our continued growth and success and pave the foundation for amazing client relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients, leads, and opportunities in the commercial real estate industry.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to generate new business and expand our client base.
- Utilize your proficiency in HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and optimize sales processes.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent JY Group and establish a presence in the field.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for lead management and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
**Location**:
This is a hybrid role, based at our Downtown Toronto office. The opportunity to work remotely part of the time is available.
**Start Date**:
The ideal start date for this position is at the beginning of September.

JY Group will provide a competitive salary and additional bonuses will be awarded on the basis of outstanding performance.
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
