We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals based in the US or Canada who are passionate about sales and eager to make an impact in the tech industry, particularly within AI.

Tasks
  • Prospect and identify potential new business opportunities within targeted markets and industries.
  • Execute outbound sales activities, including cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting to engage with key decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to further develop opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in CRM software.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Proven track record of successfully prospecting and generating new business through cold outreach methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools is a plus.
