Résumé
Ce rôle implique d'augmenter les revenus de l'entreprise en générant des ventes auprès de nouveaux et d'anciens clients. À cette fin, le consultant pour les yeux secs identifiera, qualifiera et conclura des comptes recherchant les produits et services de l'organisation. Ils travailleront également avec les canaux de vente pour sensibiliser aux offres de l'entreprise et initier de nouvelles entreprises afin d'augmenter la part de marché et atteindre les objectifs financiers.

Fonctions du poste
- Agir comme point de contact unique pour les comptes clés ; exécuter tous les services pour le client, tels que les tests, la mise en œuvre, la formation et le soutien continu.
- Développer et maintenir des relations au sein des comptes assignés ; améliorer l'utilisation du client et les taux d'adoption des produits/services.
- Collaborer avec les contacts clients, jusqu'aux cadres de niveau supérieur, afin de définir les besoins et fournir des solutions.
- Identifier et cibler de nouvelles opportunités de vente.
- Promouvoir et maintenir l'image et l'identité de la marque de l'organisation sur le marché.
- Assurer la satisfaction globale du client.
- Conduire et développer des revues de comptes trimestrielles et annuelles afin de gérer efficacement les cycles de vie des comptes.
- Promouvoir la sensibilisation aux nouveaux produits et services auprès des comptes.
- Exigences
- Diplôme de bachelier en sciences, en commerce ou expérience pertinente équivalente.
- Bilingue (français, anglais)
- Motivé, organisé et tenace.
- Compétences supérieures en communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- Capable de communiquer efficacement les informations clés à tous les publics.
- Compétences consultatives fortes.
- Compétent pour évaluer les besoins des clients, développer des propositions et fournir des solutions.
- Compétences de vente supérieures, y compris la gestion des processus et des cycles de vente, la planification, la vente basée sur les besoins, l'analyse post-appel et le suivi, la construction de relations, la conclusion.
- Capable de construire et de maintenir des relations durables avec les départements d'entreprise, les partenaires commerciaux clés et autres parties prenantes.
- Excellentes compétences en négociation et en diplomatie, avec un haut degré de tact et de persuasion.

Summary
This role involves increasing company revenue by generating sales from new and existing customers. To this end, the Dry Eye Consultant will identify, qualify, and close accounts seeking the organizations products and services. They will also work with sales channels to raise awareness of company offerings and initiate new business ventures in order to increase market share and meet fiscal goals.

Job Duties
- Serve as a single-point-of-contact for key accounts; execute all services for client, such as testing, implementation, training, and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts; improve client utilization and product/service adoption rates.
- Collaborate with customer contacts, up to and including senior level executives, in order to define needs and provide solutions.
- Identify and target new business sales opportunities.
- Promote and maintain the organization's brand image and identity within the marketplace.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Conduct and develop quarterly and annual account reviews in order to effectively manage account lifecycles.
- Promote awareness of new products and services to accounts.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in science, Business or equivalent relevant experience.
- Bilingual (French, English)
- Self-motivated, organized, and tenacious.
- Superior communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Able to effectively communicate key information to all audiences.
- Strong consultative skills.
- Skilled at assessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions.
