En tant que représentant technique des ventes, vous devrez gérer et / ou créer une stratégie de vente avec des actions correspondantes pour servir le portefeuille de clients existant, tout en développant davantage le territoire pour assurer une croissance rentable sur le marché.

**Description du poste**
- Atteindre les objectifs de revenus, les projections de marge, les quotas de vente tout en augmentant la part de marché
- Favoriser et entretenir les relations existantes avec les clients pour les attentes de croissance
- Collecte de données techniques et analyse initiale des processus clients à l’appui des initiatives commerciales
- Effectuer des tests et/ou des diagnostics de routine pour les solutions et les innovations basées sur le client
- Travail pratique avec des solutions client, des produits; Interpréter des dessins, des spécifications ou des schémas
- Rechercher et développer continuellement de nouvelles affaires, des affaires complémentaires, des prospects par le biais de réseautage, d’appels à froid et d’autres méthodes de prospection
- Suivre, suivre et surveiller tous les prospects et les opportunités de vente en temps opportun
- Répondre aux demandes de devis, aux demandes de prix, aux demandes de renseignements et à d’autres contrats d’approvisionnement dans les délais prévus ou dans les délais prévus
- Exigences étendues en matière de voyages des clients dans une région des 16 États, y compris des salons professionnels et d’autres événements commerciaux
- Travailler de manière cohérente et s’interfacer avec les ressources internes, le service à la clientèle, la technique, la R&D, les opérations
- Si nécessaire, gérer, motiver et faciliter le succès d’un réseau de représentants indépendant sur le territoire
- Toutes les autres tâches liées aux ventes ou à la direction assignées relatives aux opérations commerciales

**Exigences du poste**:

- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience technique en vente externe; électriques et moteurs utiles; travailler avec les OEM est un plus
- Maîtrise de l’informatique; Suite Microsoft Office et CRM-Salesforce; et JDE un plus
- La sécurité est votre priorité n ° 1 et vous prenez toutes les précautions nécessaires
- Personnalité dynamique, cohérente et persistante, proactive et réactive si nécessaire, esprit d’équipe
- Capacité de travailler de façon autonome avec des compétences interpersonnelles, organisationnelles, de gestion du temps et de production de rapports
- Excellentes compétences en communication et une forte maîtrise de la langue anglaise
- Tact, diplomate et axé sur le client avec un fort sentiment d’urgence
