We are looking for a **Team Lead **to join our rapidly expanding team.
As a **Team Lead,** your primary role is to oversee one of reSolved’s implementation teams. You lead a project specific team of Developers in designing and implementing sound strategies and plans associated with platform development, support and project implementation. You build trust and open relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor through the project lifecycle. You collaborate and work together with your Executive Sponsor, Project Manager, and the rest of the technical Management team to develop and implement best practices for our system implementations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead system configuration teams to ensure the success of project implementation, on time and on budget.
- Manage small teams with regards to performance, career path, and growth within the company.
- Effectively coaches, motivates, and leads the team through process improvements, escalations, and day to day activities while exemplifying reSolved’s values.
- Takes a proactive approach and demonstrates an ability to plan based on project data while communicating direction for the day/week in a way that is motivating and uplifting to the team.
- Assign configuration work to Developers and other project team members as required
- Provide time estimates and project plans for configuration and development tasks to facilitate work assignment before client
- Review of Statement of Work (SOW), Request for Services (RFS), Project Change Requests (PCR), and Project Status Reports (PSR) for accuracy in risks, scope, and timeline.
- Accountable for ensuring the deliverables as outlined in the contracting vehicles.
- Creates custom and specific system documentation, presentations, and training sessions for the internal team, as required.
- Regularly consults with management team regarding decisions that will impact the operations or function of the team.
- Participates in cross-team initiatives to help keep the team informed and share knowledge while aligning processes, team and strategic goals.
- Ensure the team adheres to established best practices in technical project implementation and management.
- Identify and recommend strategies to address technical and other.
- Review and collaborate in the creation of project status reports.
- Understand the project architecture and ensure it is realized during the implementation.
- Plan and manage the test phases of implementation projects, work with project teams to perform unit and functional testing of client project configurations, before releasing to clients.
- Ensure that the final product meets quality and performance standards.
- Validate that project system configurations meet contractual specifications as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), Request for Services (RFS) and other documentation.
- Work closely with Manager of Client Delivery to ensure custom development is scheduled and is done as per requirements.
- As necessary, provide guidance to the technical community support on complex client tickets.
- Collaborate with technical and business Management to streamline and standardize project processes.
- Understand the impact of changes to the platform and infrastructure.
- Provide hands-on configuration where appropriate.
- Be a team player and contribute in a constructive and collaborative manner with both technical and business staff including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Senior Executives, and others.
