**Company descriptionMatty’s Patty’s** concept manifested from a memorable trip to Oahu, Hawaii where Matty Matheson and RVCA founder Pat Tenōre launched **Matty's Patty's** serving burgers to local youth at a skatepark. Matty wanted to do something new and unique and he had the burger recipe to do it. This idea of “showing love” to the community and the desire to constantly recreate this led to a series of successful international burger pop ups. **Matty’s Patty's** is proud to be Matty’s first restaurant in his hometown of Toronto.
**Mission**Our goal at **Matty's Patty’s** is to provide the best burgers in the City with top quality food experience which goes beyond any other burger joint. Our mission is simple - to spread love through burgers. We aim to build lasting relationships with our guests through frictionless service and a high-quality product. Our guests should expect welcoming service and perfection every time they come. Their experience with us should feel timeless, lively yet professional. **Matty's Patty’s** aims to enrich the fast food experience of Torontonians while creating a destination for epicures all over the world.
Matty's Patty’s (“MP”) is hiring a Team Lead who will report to the Management team daily. As a Team Lead at Matty's Patty's, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and the satisfaction of our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and motivating our team of restaurant staff and providing exceptional customer service. You will support the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations and complete the daily/weekly/monthly tasks set out to you to the best of your ability. You will serve as a mentor and role model for our front-line staff, helping to maintain a positive and productive work environment while upholding our commitment to excellence in service and quality. With your strong leadership skills and dedication to customer satisfaction you will contribute to the success of our team.

**Team Leadership**
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Delegate daily tasks effectively and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Set a positive example for the team by demonstrating professionalism, excellent customer service, and a strong work ethic
**Guest Experience**
- Guests in all capacities are prioritised and given the best-in-class customer service in which we identify within existing staff and future hires.
- Promote and encourage a collective and broad understanding of our local community; identify and enrich the experience of all guests whilst building bridges to motivate guests to return.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to exceed guest expectations
**Food Quality**
- Ensure the consistency of all products across the board remains premium, inform the relevant managers when compromised.
- Stay informed about all upcoming and existing food items, including their execution, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods. Adhere to training set out by management for new menu items, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions into the menu.
- Adhere to all relevant protocol to ensure that food is produced and prepared in a safe and sanitary environment.
- Regularly execute product quality audits to ensure quality and excellence.
- Work alongside the management to monitor and mitigate wastage.
**Operations and Administration**
- Assist the management team with the training of staff to the standard desired by MP and the wider OHHC Group.
- Adhere to detailed and continuous training programs set out by the management team to support the betterment of all employees at MP. Encourage teamwork and collaboration to help effectively maneuver through daily operations.
