**What you’ll do**

The Associate Manager, eCommerce Merchandising will be an integral role in impacting objectives for our eCommerce business across all banners. Acting as team lead for the Taxonomy, Restrictions and the Publishing team, the AM is also a key liaison with cross functional teams including Site Merchandising, Product Content and IT.
- Team Lead and day to day management of the Taxonomy, Restrictions and Publishing team to ensure the website is updated daily, weekly, monthly to reflect the key products/events to maximize key Digital metrics per business needs
- Collaborate with cross functional partners including Site Merchandising, Product Content, Data Governance and IT/Product Teams
- Action oriented, outcome focused, critical thinker with the ability to analyze and visualize, to ensure continuous improvement across our entire business
- Collaborative team player with superior influencing skills, who build relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward

**What you bring**
- Post-secondary education or equivalent in Business or related discipline
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Merchandising, eCommerce or Digital
- Strong working knowledge of digital and customer experience methodologies
- Absolute commitment to delivering consumer-focused initiatives
- Energetic, motivated, self-starter with the ability to function in an environment with a high level of ambiguity and change.
- Experience working on cross-functionally driven initiatives; the ability to build partnerships across teams
